Elywhere’s software team develops everything from low-level firmware to the cloud-hosted backend software that powers our energy management and fast charging solutions. At our core, we are a software company building our EV Charging + Energy Orchestration products through rapid iterations. Responsibilities
- You will work with product owners and design teams to develop best in class software for optimal user experience.
- You will source requirements and develop specifications for core features, integrations, and system logic.
- You will be responsible for end-to-end development of components of the Elywhere software stack.
- You will develop and maintain software in production to achieve best-in-class operational reliability of Elywhere solutions.
- You will work with our partners and customers to ensure optimal system-level design for our software solutions and services.
- You will be responsible for hardware to software integrations working with Modbus, MQTT, and APIs.
- You will mentor and educate other engineers to improve Elywhere’s engineering team’s overall skills and performance
Qualifications and Preferred Skills
- 3-7 years of experience in software development
- Experience in high availability cloud software architecture design and implementation.
- Experience in mission critical software development for IoT and cloud services
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field
- Demonstrated track record showcasing end-to-end ownership of business-critical software products through a production lifecycle.
- Development experience in C, C++, JavaScript, Node.js, React, Microsoft Technologies
- Azure iOT Edge, SDK,ACR, Data Explorer
- Infrastructure & containerization: Docker, Kubernetes, Heml, Terraform, Ansible
- Industrial protocols, Modbus, Mosquitto MQTT
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
